These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DailyFlows mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may use the Service via an anonymous/guest session or by signing in using supported identity providers (for example, Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service lets you create and store content such as tasks, notes, cards, images, preferences, and other data you submit (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including synchronizing content across your devices and enabling sharing features you choose to use).
Some features may use artificial intelligence to generate text, summaries, plans, recommendations, or image transformations (“AI Output”). AI Output is provided for informational and creative purposes only, may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
The Service may offer paid subscriptions (for example, monthly or yearly plans) and/or other paid features. Purchases made through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple, not us. Pricing, billing, renewal, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms and your App Store settings.
The Service may include points, trial credits, badges, or other virtual items. These have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be modified, revoked, or discontinued at any time to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If you enable notifications, we may send you push notifications and reminders related to tasks, content updates, friend activity, or service announcements. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
The Service may allow you to connect with other users, send friend requests, and share cards or links. If you choose to share content via public links, that content may be accessible to anyone with the link. Please share carefully.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, or notification services). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, or if required to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons. Where feasible, we will provide notice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
